1 ball of combed weight yarn (I used all the essential acrylic things you in the forest)
I need a crochet hook
Fake pom pom skin
wire needle
scissors
Pattern Instructions:
Special Points:
hdc in the 3rd loop: work the hdc in the loop / bar behind the top of the point where you normally work
granule point: the bead point is basically a blow point worked around the dc post next to it
DC at the first point, yo, insert dc post hook, pull up a loop, yo, insert hook around post, pull up a loop, yo, insert hook around post, pull loop, yo, pull all the loops on the hook, skip the next point
Start with the magic ring, starting at 2 does not count as a point
Round 1: no mr, ch 2, 10 dc, slip point on first sc to join (10 sc)
Round 2: ch 2, 2 sc in each point, turning point in first sc to join (20 sc)
Round 3: ch 2, [2 dc in the first point, 1 dc in the next] repeat, cross point in the first point to join (30 dc)
Round 4: ch 2, [2 dc in first point, 1 dc in next 2] repeat around, slip point in first point to join (40 bp)
Round 5: ch 2, [2 dc in the first point, 1 dc in the next 3] repeat around, slip point in the first point to join (50 dc)
Round 6: ch 2, [2 dc in the first point, 1 dc in the next 4] repeat around, slip point in the first point to join (60 bp)
Round 7: ch 2, hdc at each point around, slip point for the first hdc to join (60 hdc)
Round 8: ch 2, hdc in the 3rd loop at each point around, slip point in the first hdc to be joined (60 hdc)
Round 9: ch 2, hdc in the 3rd loop at each point around, sliding point on the first hdc to join (60 hdc)
Round 10: ch 1, [2 sc in the 3rd loop of the first point, 1 sc in the 3rd loop of the next 14] repeat around the slip point to the first sc to join (64 sc)
Round 11: ch 2, work the bead point all the way around following the instructions above (pd at the first point, puff stitch around the pole, skip the next point), slide the point on the first dc (32 beads)
Round 12: ch 2, hdc at each point around, join with slip point (64 hdc)
Round 13: ch 2, hdc in the 3rd loop at each point around, slip point in the first hdc to be joined (64 hdc)
Round 14: ch 2, hdc in the 3rd loop at each point around, slip point in the first hdc to be joined (64 hdc)
Round 15: ch 1, sc in the 3rd loop at each point around, slip on the first sc to join (64 sc)
Round 16: Work stitch bead stitch all around, join with the slip point for the first dc (32 spheres)
Round 17: ch 2, hdc at each point around, join with slip point (64 hdc)
Round 18: ch 2, hdc in the 3rd loop at each point around, slip point in the first hdc to be joined (64 hdc)
Round 19: ch 2, hdc in the 3rd loop at each point around, slip point in the first hdc to be joined (64 hdc)
Round 20: ch 2, cc in the 3rd loop of each surrounding point, slip point in the first sc to be joined (64 sc)
Round 21: ch 2, [put of the front of the first 2 dc, after the next dc] repeat around (64 dc)
Round 22: ch 2, [put of the front of dc in the first 2 dc, put back dc next dc] repeat around (64 dc)
Round 23: ch 2, [put of the front of the first 2 dc, posta posterior dc next to] repeat around (64 bp)
Finish, cut yarn, sew pom pom on top of hat, teak on all ends.
